Brainboxes Built for Life Warranty
If your Brainboxes product fails to perform as intended at any point over its serviceable lifetime* during normal usage then Brainboxes will replace or fix the product free of charge (including shipping).
We’ve kept our warranty as straightforward as possible, so you can buy from us with complete trust and confidence.
That confidence comes from how we work:
- Every Brainboxes product is tested and checked at every stage; from first design to the final build. We’ve shipped millions of products, all around the world, so we know our specifications are reliable and our quality is consistent.
- We also maintain full traceability for every single item we make, so we can always track its complete history.
- And because we design and manufacture everything ourselves, right here in Liverpool, UK – outsourcing nothing – we stay in control of the whole process from start to finish.
How does the warranty work?
- If your Brainboxes product is not working correctly please contact [email protected] or fill in the form here.
- Our support team will diagnose the issue and always aim to reply within 1 working day
- If the product is determined by support to be defective they will arrange for a return shipment, your product to be fixed or replaced by us free of charge. Whether the product is fixed or replaced is solely at the discretion of Brainboxes.
- Standard repairs have an average turnaround of 5 working days* from arriving within Brainboxes repair centre.

* Lifetime definition: the SERVICEABLE lifetime of the product
This is defined as the period, which is the longer of:
(a) the period of time Brainboxes continues to manufacturer the product plus five years or
(b) the period during which spare parts (components) are generally available for the repair of the product
