Brainboxes is pleased to announce that its Quality Management System has successfully been audited against the new ISO9001:2000 Standard, following audits within the company’s Manufacturing, R&D and Purchasing Departments.

Ultimately, this means that Brain Boxes are one of the very first amongst UK companies to be registered through the NQA Assessment body to ISO9001:2000.

The National Quality Assurance currently have 147 companies (plus Brainboxes) now registered to the new standard out of their 8,700 listed companies.

The new standard places considerable emphasis on setting and meeting quality objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction – principles which have always been at the heart of all our activities.
