You asked "We are constantly trying to improve our products and services, how do you think your experience of using our products can be improved?". Considering that I unearthed an obsolete card from the back of my store cupboard, put it into a brand new PC and got it working very quickly with some very clear and helpfully-illustrated instructions from you and your colleagues, I don't think I could ask for more :-)

1. you were concerned that I got my problem sorted out - your understood my predicament and the frustration and concerns I had and were sympathetic

2. your explanations were extremely clear

3. you were very quick to understand my level of skill and advised me at just the right level

4. your depth of knowledge was amazing

5. you solved the problem

I have used many "help" desks over the years and I feel that I have never experienced such a fine service. Well done and many thanks again.
