The Serial Solutions software driver is intended for use with:

• Windows Server 2003 64 bit
• Windows XP 64 bit
• Windows XP
• Windows Server 2003
• Windows 2000,
• Windows ME, 98, and 95

Installation Instructions

1. Download the "Serial Solutions.zip"  file from below
2. Unzip the file and save to a location you will remember
3. Uninstall the current drivers by running 'ssuninst.exe' from the unzipped driver folder package. 
4. Go to Control Panel and run the Add Hardware wizard.
5. Follow the on screen instructions (select the Advanced option for XP and Server 2003).
6. When asked for the drivers, point to the unzipped driver folder .

NB. If you are UPGRADING your existing Serial Solutions Driver
Brainboxes ONLY recommend upgrading your driver by completely removing and reinstalling Serial Solutions. For the best customer experience please ensure you follow the steps above. This is due to the much improved performance and new features of the latest Serial Solutions release.
