Since 1997 Brainboxes have been working closely with Fujitsu, the leading European IT manufacturer. As a major system integrator for a range of Blue Chip Companies. Brainboxes has benefited from supplying mission critical serial cards for a series of Fujitsu Siemens major international rollouts.
Brainboxes has developed several point of sale cards specifically for Fujitsu projects to work with their Global Store Software Package.

Microsoft Certified Partner
Brainboxes, as a Certified Microsoft partner, has to demonstrate a high degree of compliance in working with Microsoft technologies. Microsoft provide Brainboxes with account engagement, the Certified Partner brand and free software licences, which helps to guarantee that we continue to build and maintain expertise through training, deliver critical support services and ensure increased customer satisfaction.
All Brainboxes software drivers are compatible with Microsoft operating systems and we work closely with Microsoft to ensure that all the products operate seamlessly. Microsoft has adapted their Bluetooth software stack to provide native support for Brainboxes Bluetooth products within their future operating systems.

ICT Sector Employer Network
Brainboxes have recently become a member of the Merseyside ICT Sector Employer Network, which provides a voice to companies, giving them the opportunity to flag up the essential skills they need to remain competitive. The organisation is backed by e-Skills UK, the Sector Skills Council for IT, telecoms and contact centres and also by the Learning and Skills Council whose priority is to align learning with the needs of employees.
Brainboxes supports the employer network and is working to improve access to traning for all Merseyside based IT companies, up-skilling of the local ICT workforce and developing opportunity for training innovation.

The University of Liverpool
Brainboxes Limited has strong links with several local Universities and colleges. We regularly offer one year and Summer employment placements to electrical and marketing students to give them real hands- on experience of the IT industry. We also demonstrate our commitment to supporting local as well as international events last year by sponsoring the Liverpool Physics Olympics 2005. This is an annual event organised by the department of Physics at the University of Liverpool and every school and college within Liverpool and the Northwest is invited to participate.

Brainboxes products are accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Standard. IS0 9001:2000 is the world's most successful standard, addressing best practice in the application of quality management systems. The standard is based around the principles of customer satisfaction, continual improvement and the development of a process based quality management system.
ISO 9001:2000 can only be achieved by demonstrating management commitment. This is one of the cornerstones of the standard and requires top management to develop and improve the quality management system throughout Brainboxes.

Manufacturing Institute
Brainboxes works closely with the Manufacturing Institute, who, for the past decade have been helping manufacturers, such as ourselves, to become globally competitive. By implementing the latest production techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen, Brainboxes have been successful in increasing production by 70% in 2005.
MAS Northwest have helped Brainboxes to go lean and power up productivity to cope with a massive growth in demand for Brainboxes' latest high-tech 'Bluetooth' technology.
Using lean tools and techniques Brainboxes have increased throughput by 25%, reduced changeovers by 60% and boosted Overall Equipment Effectiveness from 9% to 45% culminating in substantial productivity savings.
