Brainboxes have always seen their employees as the biggest asset the company has as their skills are part of the service customers receive from Brainboxes products either through their designs, production or support of the products.

Brainboxes became IIP accredited in December 2002 and since then they have been dedicated to ensuring employees are fully trained, have job satisfaction and therefore are better equipped to offer support and advice to customers.

What is IIP?

Investors In People standard is a framework that helps organisations improve performance and realise objectives through effective management and development of their staff. It does this by ensuring employees have the correct skills, knowledge and motivation to undertake their job.
